Jerry V’s Auto Group Kapiolani Medical Center Electric Bike Giveaway

The Jerry V’s Auto Group Kapiolani Medical Center Electric Bike Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Jerry V’s Auto Group, located at 46-177 Kahuhipa St ("Sponsor").
Kapiolani Medical Center is the charitable beneficiary of this fundraising campaign. Kapiolani Medical Center is not responsible for administering the Giveaway, selecting the winner, or awarding the prize unless otherwise stated.
The Giveaway begins on 08/01/2026 at 8:00am HST and ends on 08/31/2026 at 11:59pm HST ("Giveaway Period").
Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Hawaii who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Jerry V’s Auto Group and any other parties directly involved in administering the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
Eligible participants may enter the Giveaway by completing an official entry form during the Giveaway Period.

Online Entry:
Participants may complete the online entry form available at Jerryforthepeople.com/BikeGiveaway
In-Person Entry:
Participants may complete an official paper entry form available at participating Jerry V’s Auto Group locations and submit the completed form into the designated Giveaway entry box.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Donations to support Kapiolani Medical Center are appreciated but are not required to enter or win.
Making a donation will not increase a participant's chances of winning.
Donations may be made through the official donation page provided by Kapiolani Medical Center or through approved in-person donation methods.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:

Approximate Retail Value: $2,000
The prize is provided "as is" and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or costs associated with accepting or using the prize that are not specifically listed as included.
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on or about 08/02/2026.
The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
The winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility before receiving the prize.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, photograph, and/or likeness for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway and charitable campaign without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Information collected through Giveaway entry forms will be used for administering the Giveaway and contacting the winner.
Participant information will be handled according to Sponsor's privacy practices. Information submitted through Kapiolani Medical Center's donation platform will be handled according to Kapiolani Medical Center's privacy practices.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's control affect the integrity of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the Giveaway process.
The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
